Wizard on the run (animation)

I've always wanted to do a traditional 2d animation, frame by frame the old school way, and specifically of a combat/action scene. Because that's where one can truly go nuts with smear frames and all that squash and stretch action.
And I got the opportunity to work on such a project for my final year for my masters degree. I'm not fully satisfied with this project, but nevertheless it's only my second animation ever, and I've made a lot of progress by working on it.

I'd love to add a bunch of process pictures, but really it is just drawing every frame, over and over again!

Bit more looking around for the wizard, who is more built and square to contrast the more flexible and springy robot.
